Pricing, catalogue and approval workflows were fragmented across regions, product lines and stakeholders.
My move
Mapped workflows, redesigned costing and catalogue surfaces, and validated the tool with real sales scenarios.
Outcome
Cleaner estimation workflows and a shared status language reused across the sales tool suite.
